Yeah, I did...once. There was nothing in the Compendium about it at all so I had to try a guess. I found out about a week or so later that I was wrong and deeply apologized to my friend (who was in that top-cut match I gave the ruling to).

Not only was it a fail because I messed up the tags, I got modkilled night 1 last WW
