I found these comments from a video saying that if they (The 1st Gens) were released in the 5th Gen, these what would result:

Mewtwo and Ditto are no Pokemon.

Also, look at the design for some first generation Pokemon:

- Magneton and Dugtrio are just a group of 3 Magnetmites and Digletts.
- Gengar is a Haunter with legs.
- Muk is an ugly Grimer.
- Electrode is just a flipped Voltorb.
And some of them are just ugly.

Considering the image has artoftrolling.com at the bottom of it, I highly doubt that's real. I think we'd all have to do a double-take if that was real.

Plus, if you go apple.com, there's no iBox tab like there is on that pic.
