Its Crimson Bull, not Red Bull. And even then, it wouldn't make since.

Just look at the edited english version with Crimson Bull. Red Bull was changed because of the drink. Red Bull means "Angry Tauros" in literal, and the epicness of a Red Bull is too awesome. Get it now?

And I didn't lol at the Gyarados one. Hyperbeam is a special move, and Gyarados has horrible Sp. Atk.

Edit; inb4 someone says that normal moves went off attack stat in Gen 3.
