Hint: When you load the Image search results, left-click on the image you want to use. In the right pane, there will be a link that says "Full-size image". Click that link and copy the URL from the address bar. (With ImageShack, FunnyJunk, Photobucket, etc., you may need to copy the URL that the link is supposed to link to, directly from the results page; that's a little more advanced and browser-dependent.)

EDIT: I guess I should post something funny. Don't have much right now, so here's a lizard convention.
