Dweaver's list is top-notch, I'd follow his for a starting list for Klinkorners, but I'd like to ask a few questions to Dweaver...just for some insight, I'm still trying to learn the game.
Would it be at all advantageous to run a 3-1-2/1 line of Klinklang, the 1 being the Klinklang with Charge Beam on it? for a Metal, he does 30 damage and can attach ANY energy back to Klinklang. I think combined with Giant Cape (as to prevent Hydreigon from Pluspower KOing it, really the only threat at his HP level), he'd be good for getting back those crucial Blend Energies (Can't get Prism to him AND move them, sadly) that might be needed for a KO. Also, he buffers any benched Klink you might have pulled early-game to prevent Catcher preventing you from setting up Klinklang.
Why the large number of Giant Cape? I'd think at Klinklang's HP (150, IIRC), He really only fears one thing, and that's Hydreigon's Dragonblast with a Pluspower. I see Giant Cape preventing this, sure, but every other possible situation isn't affected by Giant Cape (Garchomp usually 2KOs, Hydreigon still KOs after Spear residual damage, Empoleon 2KOs, etc). It prevents the average Ho-oh from KOing you, so I guess that has to count for something =P
With Trainer Lock gone, is it still really worth it to run Kyogre? I personally think it'd be better to run a second Registeel, as Triple Laser can also set up clutch KOs for larger attackers, and Kyogre's not KOing babies as fast as he used to (what with Stage 2 Being more prominent, so is Rare Candy). Kyogre's strength was being able to threaten Vileplume on the bench, something not many pokemon could do...but is no longer needed. Also, Registeel offers Protect Charge (his overlooked attack) to soften damage and prevent being OHKOd...which Klinklang loves.
That's about everything I can think of, and sorry if I'm overlooking obvious things that answer my question.
