Note: this is kind of pg I guess because I mention things dying and killing people.
My team would be team Apocalypse, based in the Kanto Region. The goal would be to control and enslave the world.Their outfits would be similar to Team rocket except a Red "A" instead of an R. Also no goofy berets like rockets (they really look stupid) lol.
Plans: I would immediately put 1 billion into research and development, and my Science team (with Blaine as its leader) would develop technology which allows for travel between alternate realities. I would first travel to the world of Code Geass, kidnapping CC and forcing her to give me a Geass power, then Scientifically extracting her code so I would become an Immortal. I would then kidnap Emperor Lelouch Vi Britannia and force him to serve me or I would destroy his country and his world with an army of pokemon. I would then cross over into the Death Note Universe and have Lelouch use his Geass power to command Light Yagami (Kira) to follow my every command and to never write my name in his death note. I would also have Lelouch command L (controlling him before he dies) to be the head of my personal Intelligence/information agency back in my own world. Using the Knightmare Frame army I would conquer the Death Note Universe and instate Kira as its ruler. Kira would act as my personal assassin, killing anyone who dared to threaten my reign. I would build pokemon resistant Knightmare frames and send them into the pokemon world (my home world) and use them to both enslave masses of pokemon for my bidding and to quell any uprisings from trainers or citizens who put up a resistance. While this was all going on, my research team (now consisting of Blaine, Lloyd, and L), would keep on trying to find new alternate universes to conquer.---Probably to be edited/continued in a new Story in the writer's corner..I'll link if/when I write it.
I wouldn't need legendaries because my power would extend far beyond mere pokemon. I would hunt them down and any whom did not wish to obey me would be destroyed and stuffed (yes, like a clefairy doll) lol. My grunts would have whatever hair they have normally? lol.

. That's a wonderful question, seeing as most of these teams can only exist separately, so I'm assuming some sort of end o the universe or death of Arceus.
