If you like dark Anime try Elfen Lied and Another. I haven't watched much Elfen Lied, but it's dark with a capital D. Another is just very creepy. (though I've only watched one episode) Have you watched Neon Genesis Evangelion?

pikaboo id recomend princess lover that is one i just watched and has comady romance and school all in one
bleachboy i have to agree with you that bleach is an extremly good anime sad to say its ending i would recomend watching code geass which is another realy good anime there are plenty of list full of good anime on this thread so im sure you can find that is good enough to be close on par with bleach although thats nearly impossable (exept for bakuman of course)
blui129 everything on your list exept naruto in my opinion are all extremly good anime.
cardslinger i would disagree as ive found some of the new anime relised quite good like guilty crown and there are other good animes that i keep finding i think ive found 3 anime in this week alone that ive actully enjoyed all the way throw and have been realesed in the last 5 years at least there are still some extremly good anime still out there that i think any one who is willing enough to watch anime can always find a new one that they like you just have to find it.

And no. It doesn't. I assume you've seen One Piece, and if Princess TuTu is strange after One Piece, well...you need to check your strange-tolerance meter.
Anime is strange, very strange, and that's just something you'll have to look past. Some of the greatest anime are indeed strange.

Anime is strange, very strange, and that's just something you'll have to look past. Some of the greatest anime are indeed strange.

The trainwreck known as Naruto Shippuden? I thought that Anime got cancelled along with Bleach. Oh well. Dragonball/Z is much better though I have been watching other stuff lately like Cardfight!! Vanguard. Still seems interesting...
Been watching alot of Western Cartoons lately like Thundercats 2011, Legend of Korra, but no MLP. Yeah you read that right, I'm not a brony you got a problem with that? Still miss watching the Western Cartoons I grew up on like TMNT back in the 80's and 90's. Good times.

XD no its still running,so is Bleach.Right now there is currently a naruto four week special airing.I don't really care for it much though :\,its primarily the "Tobi arc" that interest me...And yes I do concur with you that DB/Z is a far superb anime to Naruto Shippuden and Bleach,or perhaps that's merely the inner DB/Z geek denouncing that :S.

I thought the Bleach Anime (Japanese Subs) got cancelled because the Manga is in it's Final Arc. I think what you meant was the English Dubs for Bleach is still ongoing. Tobi Arc in Shippuden? I thought they replaced the Shippuden Anime with that new Rock Lee Mini-Series in Japan...

The manga is still being made for Naruto Shippuden and there are a few rumors of Naruto Akkipuden but I doubt it because the Rock Lee Mini-series but I think they should have made a Kakashi mini series instead. After all we barely know anything about Kakashi and that would be a lot more interesting.

I honestly don't mind Naruto at all (I never really got into it but I liked the characters and the setup of their world) the only thing that bothers me about it is that my best friend is a HUGE Naruto fangirl.
I'm so glad I made her read One Piece.

I remember my first anime convention. It should have just been a Naruto Bleach L convention. Outside of conventions I actually remember people dressing up as the characters from Naruto and walking around town and loitering at the malls. This was, oh, 2006 or 2007.
