Emerging Powers worst. 'Nuff said.
It has a bunch of noncompetitive filler cards. The only ones that work now are Catcher, Bianca and Cheren (some times) and Max Potions. There were Tornadus, Thundurus and Gothitelle that could be played back then though.
Favorite, could be BC because it included cool cards for Rogue decks like Flygon, Dusknoir, Stoutland, etc.

EP is the worst. Other than catcher and the supporters mentioned, nobody likes it. Nobody.
I think my favorite is either Next destinies, Plasma storm, Plasma Freeze, or Dark Explorers. I dislike my bad luck in exalted, and think BC is a big set and I dislike the white pack art (Not being racist)

Everyone knows that Emerging Powers is the worst set. Plasma Blast is shaping up to be 2nd place.
