What is your favorite boss in the Legend of Zelda games?

As for me, I've played Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess, Phantom Hourglass, and half of Majora's Mask. Here are my favorites:

OoT:
Volvagia

TP:
Stallord

PH:
Eox

MM(so far):
Goht.

All time favorite:
Stallord

Mini-bosses count too by the way.

My favorites are Molgora on windwaker, The Iron ball boss in the narrow hallway on Twilight, and the twinnorato or something on Majora's. ( I accindently used all my green energy in the beginning so I had to kill him with arrows. No order

I pretty much like Ganondorf no matter what. However, for TP I'd have to say Zant because of his insanity, although it would have been Ganon had he been not lame. :(

One boss fight I remember liking a lot was Onox's dragon form in Oracle of Seasons, I mean, apart from it looking awesome and finishing an already pretty much perfect game, it was just a fun fight. Not too difficult, yet more than difficult enough. The fight with Onox himself wasn't all that bad either.

But other than that, Mothula. I mean, in OoS, that thing is too cute for words, and in AlttP, it's one hectically awesome bossfight (and oddly enough the most memorable as well, apart from maybe Ganon).
Though he's not a boss there, (only a mini-boss, and a simple enemy after that), the Wind Waker version is by far the most awesome (and was actually the inspiration for my Firefox skin).

The fights with Ganon(dorf) are still amongst the most fun and challenging boss fights, though, and always seem to end the games perfectly. Puppet Ganon from WW and Possessed Zelda from TP are probably my favorite versions, the 1st for being the most ridiculously hilarious final boss in any video game, ever, I don't think I ever laughed as hard at a boss in my life, especially since I was expecting something far more threatening. And the 2nd because, well, it's Zelda, floating around, trying to kill you, no further comments required.

Honorable mention goes to Dodongo for disliking smoke, being the very 1st boss, ever, and inspiring a legion of enemies and other bosses. Also, Jalhalla (the poe overlord from WW) for having the most awesome background music (as far as I can remember).

i have only played part of phantom hourglass and spirit tracks so....the master master of ice and fire! (the second boss in spirit tracks)

My favorite was/is definitely Zant from Twilight Princess. I loved fighting him in all of the different areas.

Maybe Ganondorf in Windwaker. It was just so satisfying to actually reflect a light arrow at him(stupid Zelda kept hitting me, even when my shiled WAS there!) and then plunge the sword right in his head. It was just....right. A lot of items sound way too weak in Zelda games, and the sound and strength of the plunge was really cool.

For the actual battle, I also enjoyed the battle against Phantom Linebeck, because the music was so epic. And it punished you for using an AR to make yourself invincible. My best friend learned that the hard way...lol.

I second this. Zant is one of my favorite bosses in general.

dmaster out.

Yeah Zant is probably my favorite boss in TP as well except for Stallord. Zant was fun in that you basically re-fought some bosses and he was pretty funny(lol in the water stage you clawshot his groin O_O). But Stallord was just really fun (in the 2nd phase anyway) because you got to ride the Spinner around and there was epic background music that was a remix of the awesome Volvagia and King Dodongo them from OoT. Armogohma is also close too because it was just fun and the ending when his eye crawled around was the most epic finish for a boss and Link's face was just priceless.
