On the surface it actually looks pretty interesting, but I would like to point out:

For deck-building purposes, those are both treated as "Harpie Lady" - and therefore you can't have 5 cards of the same name in a deck.
You might also want to get 3 Flying Kamakiri #1 in the deck; you can yank a Harpie Lady 1 or Hunter Owl and get power bonuses right off the bat.
3 Terraforming as well - 1 for each Field Spell card. It accelerates draw.

That deck would get wrecked by the current meta though, which is all about speed.
Honestly, to build a competative deck it costs $500 + for meta. I reccomend Watts, its good but it doesn't see a lot of play. It is what I am playing currently. um

Watts is fairly cheep, mine cost around $300 only because I put in scrap dragon and black rose and stuff, but the only synchro you need are wattchimera which are like $3 each
I could edit my watt list to budget if you want one.

I would do what DNA said about the Flying Kamakiri #1, that would do well in this deck. I would also recommend a third Mystical Space Typhoon. Although, i think you should try to shorten your deck to 40 cards, it makes things way more consistent. Basically, you get the cards that you need more often and you don't get as many dead draws. If you need some advice on what cards to take out, tell me. In terms of tuners and synchros, I would say buy some Hidden Arsenal packs. In Hidden Arsenal, there are some awesome synchros and in Hidden Arsenal 4, there is Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier (which is amazingly amazing) and you can get this tuner which may work with your deck called Genex Ally Birdman. Hidden Arsenal isn't too expensive. Also, you can use Xyz monsters in your deck if you don't want to run any tuners. You can go by one of the tins that come out tomorrow. It will come with some good packs, a Xyz monster (either Wind-Up Zenmaister or Leviathan Dragon), and they come with this card called Pot of Duality which will help your deck a lot. If you can, try to get 3 Pot of Duality. And yeah, do what Konter said about going on Duelingnetwork.com to test your deck. I like the idea of trying to do a competitive Harpie Deck. But trish is a $70 card.. And it is shortprinted, so even if you get a box you aren't guarinteed one

Yeaah, maybe he should wait for it to get reprinted (which is probably gonna happen next year if not this one). A good level 9 that isn't so expensive anymore is Mist Wurm. I use him, and he gets the job done.
 
i was wondering if anyone has a blackwing deck and how many synchros am i allowed to have in the extra deck. also what synchros should i have in blackwings?

I used to have Blackwings, and I seriously recommend those. I mean I still have them, but I don't used them as much because I use a Twilight deck. And you can have up to 15 cards in the extra deck, so if you want, you can have 15 synchros. The synchros I use in Blackwings would be
2x Blackwing Armor Master
2x Blackwing Armed Wing
1x Blackwing Silverwing the Ascendant (your choice though)
1x Ally of Justice Catastor
1x Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
1x Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
1x Black Rose Dragon
1 or 2x Stardust Dragon
1x Thought Ruler Archfiend
1x Colossal Fighter
1x Magical Android (or T.G. Hyper Librarian)
1x Dark End Dragon

Some of these synchros are hard to get, but I think ultimately your goal should be something like what I put above.

also does it matter what hidden arsenal packs i buy because on troll and toad there are 4 different types of hidden arsenal?
 
Your welcome :D. And yeah, it sort of matters. I would recommend getting just plain Hidden Arsenal because it has Catastor, Brionac, Mist Wurm, and some other okay synchros you can use in the meantime. My favorite Hidden Arsenals have been the first one and the 4th one. Hope this helps :).

also if you dont mind me asking, but how much did it cost to make your blackwing deck?
 
Well back in the day when Blackwings were Tier 1, they were pretty expensive. However, it shouldn't be too expensive now because of Duelist Pack: Crow. Duelist pack Crow has a lot of important blackwings (pretty much all of them actually). I'm not sure what the exact number will be because of all the synchros, but I don't think it should be more than $100-$150 depending where you're buying from. The Blackwings themselves won't be too expensive, but the synchros will be a bit expensive. However, I got a lot of my deck through trading. Being good at trading and knowing your values is a valuable skill :D.

i have one more question, lets say i summon a monster and they activate bottomless trap hole, can i activate my face down MST to destroy it before it resolves?

I'm afraid you can't. In order to prevent that from happening you need to use a card that has "negate the activation and effect of that card and destroy it." Some good cards that do this sort of thing are:
Solemn Judgment (my favotite)
Solemn Warning
Dark Bribe
Seven Tools of the Bandit (Another favorite)
These cards aren't too hard to get (except solemn warning), so I would recommend picking some up :).

And once again thank you :D i have seven tools so i probably will use them, i think i might get the lost sanctuary structure deck to get solemn judgment.

Haha anytime man. And I think that's a good idea. That structure deck has some good cards, and you can probably get some good trades in for them.
 
Don't worry about warning right now. There are rumors of it being reprinted in some tins in a few months, so just wait until then.
