Maybe you should add 3-4 more pokemon and 2-3 more energy to balance it.

Also you could replace 2 trainer cards with 2 energy cards to be sure.
Pokemon: 12
  • 3 Yveltal EX
  • 2 Yveltal
  • 2 Darkrai EX
  • 2 Shaymin EX
  • 1 Seismitoad EX
  • 1 Hoopa EX
Note # You miscounted , its actually 11

This deck is susceptible to weaknesses.
Think about adding Shadow Circle.

draw support a bit light.

work in a AZ or Cassius to clear pokemon from the field.

definitely an Enhanced Hammer and/or Xerosic to counter special energy decks.

Add 2 Yveltal XY base so you have 4. They help out the Night March prize trade as for 1 energy they knock out all Night Marchers.
Pop Colress up two 2 of them.
Pop up the Virbank count to three.
Add 1 Enhanced Hammer.
You could add a Keldeo, as you can rush it in, use Dark Patch on your attacker, and then retreat back with Darkrai's Ability.

in total:
+2 Yveltal
+1 Colress
+1 Virbank City Gym
+1 Enhanced Hammer
+1 Keldeo-EX

Other option could be 3 Yveltal XY and 1 Yveltal BKT (the one that make tools useless). If you put it as your active pokémon against decks that relies on megas, you could slow them while charging your bench with Dark Patch/manual attachment/Max Elixir.

Also, you could add as a 1-of the new Darkrai EX from XY9, since you're still playing HTL
