I'm having a bit of trouble deciding on the build. Here's what I've got so far. I've changed this deck at least 10 times today with different ideas. I'm not kidding. I think it's pretty consistent now, although I still need to test it out with my friends and maybe league:

POKEMON: [ 15 ]
x2 Zekrom
x1 Zekrom Ex
x2 Thundurus
x4 Tynamo (2 NV/2 DX)
x3 Eelektrik
x1 Raikou Ex
x1 Mewtwo Ex
x1 Tornadus Ex

ENERGY: [ 15 ]
x11 Lightning
x4 Double Colorless

TRAINERS: [ 31 ]
x1 Super Rod
x1 Sage's Training
x1 Pokemon Collector
x2 N
x2 Switch
x2 Random Reciever
x2 Professor Juniper
x3 Pluspower
x3 Pokemon Catcher
x3 Professor Oak
x3 Level Ball
x3 Dual Balls
x4 Junk Arm

What do you think? I originally had 2 Lost Removers in there instead of the N. But more draw/support/disruption is better I guess? I wanted to make mine a bit different from other zees but..I find it difficult to make it my own sometimes.. ):

You could try
-1 plus power (2 should be enough)
-1 pokemon collector (dual ball is enough)
-1 DCE (3 is enough)
-1 zekrom EX (isn't needed)
-2 electric energy (9 is enough)
-1 thundurus (only 1 is needed)
-1 level ball (2 could be enough)
+2 juniper (discarding)
+2 SAB (helps with tynamos)
+1 smeargle (helps a lot)
+1 tornadus or another sage's or another N
+1 draw power (sag'e or N would help)
+1 eviolite (needed against terrakion)

and maybe
-1 electric energy
+1 eviolite (is pretty crucial)

Yeah I was trying to fit eviolite in there but it wasn't working out :/ I dunno I'm afraid of dropping the lightning since it always works with 11. I originally had 13, haha. But decided to cut it. I just never understand how a deck with barely any energy wins tournaments.

The DCE I can spare though. I agree with Zekrom Ex. I'll take that out as well.
