I used to play this deck and here is my say on the deck because this is not a Zekeeles deck this is a rouge cross between Rayeeles and Zekeeles so I`m going to put my idea for both Ray and Zekeeles up and I`ll let you decide which you want to play here you go.

These are the things I would do to the deck in order to make it better it`s your choice between witch one to use oh and I perfer Bianica insted of Cheren but that`s my oppinion. I hope I helped :]

Use Fire Energy or Double Colorless, not both. You need the majority of your energy to be Lightning so that it can be attached with Dynamotor. Fix that first. And seventeen is too excessive. Twelve to fourteen should be plenty with twelve being average and fourteen being high.
 
Zekrom EX is just a bust. Tested it many times, at the MOST run 1. Mewtwo, Raikou and Tornadus (EX) will be your real pals.
 
He said he could not get Raikou or Tornadus because of the price and honestly everyone is going after Mewtwo for the easy 2 prizes I still say keep the Zekrom EXs
 
Maybe instead of Kyurem ex, go for Black Kyurem. The tins will be coming out real soon (price wise), and adding a crystal wall could give you an advantage!
 
Where did you get kyrem from no one said it and this is a straight lightning deck putting in Black kyrem would mess it up or the deck would have to be totally redone that's what happened to me and my Keldeo deck witch anyone can look at . It will be on the second page or third depending when you look at it because my states is tomarrow March 9th please look oh and jnfg2588 I think your deck should be ready.
 
You need more Switch and Skyarrow Bridge. They both help a lot, for getting Eelektrik out of the active spot, getting t1 Thundurus more often, and for retreating your active into another powered up attacker. I would take out 2 Fire (you only have 1 Rayquaza EX) and the Tool Scrapper for 2 more Switch and another Skyarrow Bridge.
 
Never play Zekrom EX or Thundurus, EVER!!! they are terrible and deserve to just look pretty in your binder.
 
I am blind, that's why I'm able to read the threads... We're just saying that Raikou EX would be an okay addition, but not very good.
 
Zekrom eels is no longer as strong as it used to be, Rayeels is more consistent and agressive. Raikou EX is a very good addition to snipe Garbodors, and finish off rushed out Keldeos and Landorus EXs
 
heres the thing i dont have raikou so pleeease no one tell me to use it again.
