Visiting Japan and came across two different pre-release style tournaments. One is 16 max players and the 1st place prize is full art Zekrom GX (only 1000 printed) and another one is 32 max players and 1st place prize is Zekrom GX hyper rare (only 100 printed).
Played in the hyper rare one, finished 3-2 but missed top 8 cut.
The tournament style is you open 15 packs of Thunderclap Spark, and you have to make a list of all 75 cards.
Then you make a deck of 40, and the games have 4 prize cards (like a pre release).
Cool difference is during the tournament you are allowed to change you deck of 40 from game to game, but it has to remain within the 75 cards of your original list.
