Ruling Zoroark BW in the New format.

Just wonder how Zoroark BW's Foul play attack will work with:

Lugia EX
Would I still get the damage seeing as the attack read if you do not discard a plasma the attack does nothing?

Black Kyurem EX
would I have to discard my two energies? or would I need 3 for the damage.

With Lugia, Since it says the attack will do nothing, it will do nothing. With Black Ballista, you will have to discard your 2 energies since you have to do as much of the requirement as possible.
