When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

No, you don't need Sycamore, and yes, 4 Exeggcute is necessary
0 Mail has been a thing in most decks for about a year now. Yeah, no Sycamore seems ridiculous, but with Colress and 4 Zoroark, I'd rather have the 2nd N over a Sycamore.

Before I give suggestions, I would be interested in hearing who you went up against (as in what deck) in Dallas and how did those matches go? This would give me a better idea on the current meta for Expanded and what would help improve this deck against them. For the moment though, I would suggest adding in the DEX Zorua (the one with Paralyzing Gaze if you can find any). Other than that though, there isn't much else I would change unless you want to tech against a certain deck.

Oh yeah, I don't have the money for Zoruas lol. Vendors were paying 15 cash a piece for them. All the bling I have is just from proper investments and time. I don't plan to buy much bling for a while though, too damn expensive
I know, I remember when they were $0.30 a piece, but on TCG.Player they're $8.46 now. I should've gotten a few before they went up. As for flashy cards I either stick to just Reverse Holos and whatever I pull (though I've been breaking a way with that a little bit recently with FA Brigette, FA Sycamore, and a few other things). Anyways, If you can't find the Zoruas I guess the ones you have now will have to do. Good luck in future tournaments, the list is pretty solid and I wouldn't really change much unless you need a tech or two (like a Giratina promo if you have trouble with Trevenant, but I don't think this deck really does)!

Not only that, they can act as extra bench spots for Riotous Beating to hit harder in a pinch while Sky Field is up.
Against Sudowoodo, you propagate all your eggs, Hex, then bench them. It's also nice not being forced to bench Shaymin or Lele when you don't need to
