I'm thinking they might make one of the set Chespins or the LegCol Chespin the promo that is in that tin thing along with Pikachu and Hoopa
 
There's also checklane blisters and stuff that might use some of the extra cards.

Only 124 and 146 remain mysteries. I'm basing my guesses for 124 on the fact that the Ralts alt art was printed here and both Taillow and Swablu from Roaring Skies have an alt art card we haven't gotten yet. 146 is based on the fact that we haven't had a Pokemon Catcher print in a long time (Japan has gotten them more recently) and it needs to be printed again soon to still be in rotation next year, but Professor's Letter was in the BREAK decks so it could be that too. Both fit alphabetically, so we will have to wait and see.

Hah! Finally found a video with someone pulling a Judge confirming its # at 143, which means Level Ball has no room in the set, and the only other option that can fit in between Heavy Ball and Judge is Heavy Boots.
