alexmf2, I have noticed it with HP/PK energy. Basically a good way to tell is to look at the card without a sleeve on it and see if it has more of a bend than a non-foil card.

alexmf2, Yeah, at least in my experience. I've Junipered for seven RH Lightning, with eight left in my deck. I've opened with 7 RH/holo Pokémon, and had various other experiences to suggest that. I've heard most other players agree to it as well.
