alexmf2, I'm doubtful it would. The only way to counter Mewtwo rush is to make it easier to attack with Mewtwos of your own as quickly as possible. Which basically restricts you to running faster forms of energy acceleration (Electrode, Eelektrik, Celebi, Pachi).

alexmf2, Heh nope. I don't know who you're playing against or anything. My personal testing shows that I can go 6-4, 7-3, and 7-3 against my friend's Reshiboar using three different decks and 8-2 against yours with ZekEel. If the deck does exceptionally well at States, I'll consider it Tier 1. Anything less that that won't sway my opinion on it.
