I saw what you said in my thread (haha, it rhymes), and I re-did the Darkrai's art, holo and moved it's text a bit. Better or worse?

Dark-Giratina, In Tennessee for the weekend, and I don't know when I'll be on ._.

Dark-Giratina, For quick banners like the ones I make I use GIMP. But you can use Photoshop too. Sometimes I'll do that.

First things first. Get good art. Transparent, .png. I use either Xous' art, Dreamworld art, official art, or some websites like Arkeis.com
Every now and then I may use my own art.

So yeah. Make a layer for every piece of art you use. Resize it. If it gets bluesy front he resize you need to sharpen the image. I also like to double the layers and make one lighter and so other effects before merging it back. Basically, just mess around with stuff to make the Pokemon (or whatever look nice) (This is an optional step)

For a background I just use something from a fractal pack I downloaded. There are tons on devientart. All free.

Sometimes I'll add some transparent layers for paint splatters and gradients to clean it all up.

For fonts and outlines I use a site called bannerfans.com.

That's about it. Save it as a .png and upload it!
