Arcticwhite, if possible, try and find out what's making you so anxious, and either ignore it or make it so it doesn't make you anxious.
Is it possible you have a lot of stuff to do before the end of the year and it's becoming burdensome? Do you feel somewhat alone and no one's around to help you out? (that can be a cause for anxiety) Do you get a lot of distractions?
It might be a good idea to lie down, take a deep breath, and organize your thoughts, so you can make sense of what's going on.
