  • Arcticwhite, that's a shame...Hearing that makes me sad. At least it's at the beginning of the week, instead of near the end, and that way it'll be out of the way faster. Then you won't have to think about it.

    Arcticwhite, 8-9 hours isn't that bad. I think that's about average. You might have a different sleep pattern but that's average for most people.

    I do know that stress can make you more tired/exhausted, so that might be a reason, but...I'm not going to presume that.

    Has your week been okay so far? I know it's only Tuesday, but has it been all right?

    Arcticwhite, if possible, try and find out what's making you so anxious, and either ignore it or make it so it doesn't make you anxious.

    Is it possible you have a lot of stuff to do before the end of the year and it's becoming burdensome? Do you feel somewhat alone and no one's around to help you out? (that can be a cause for anxiety) Do you get a lot of distractions?

    It might be a good idea to lie down, take a deep breath, and organize your thoughts, so you can make sense of what's going on.

    ...Sometimes when I have trouble falling asleep, I turn on some music (I have a stereo in my room); I usually listen to classical. It works pretty well. That's because music tends to relax me; for you it might do the exact opposite.

    What tends to relax you?

    Arcticwhite, the start of a whole new week. A bit annoying because classes are in session, but they're fun, so there's always that to consider. Trying to keep myself busy over the summer.
