Pokemon should have expanded regionals back and have a reprint pack of the most used cards each year but give them a difference to them like foil/stamp to keep collectors and players happy. Or do them by block like how the modern player packs are handled

I think he meant that there was an easy matchup guide. This format is the exact opposite, arguably any tier 1 and 2 deck can top and win a regional or IC. The format is changing, very fast each tournament with no clear deck being Teir 0.

Really doesn't work in list rn, it can work, but with Gardy's bench space limitation it really hurts and it sometimes forces you to trade for an easy 2-2 or maybe get lost mined. It's just better to run with arcana gardevoir as a your primary attack along with cresellia
