Chariblaze, Feebas, Mantine, the Porygons, and 1 or 2 others. The thing is, you could use Wonder Mail to get any version-exclusive you didn't have - simply find (or generate) a mission in which the Pokemon in question is the client, then give that code to the opposite version game.

Voila. You can get all the version exclusives. (That's what I did.)
