. Let's say, for the Alakazam's snout, you don't have to apply such heavy shading. That'll make it looked more "angular" instead of being "round" ^^;. Try a softer shading instead
And smudging on the shaded spot will help removing the untidy "lines" of the pencil path. Er... how'd explain... ahh... this~

You could barely see the untidy shading lines right? I smudged them off with my fingers
