  • Yeah, I did exactly that and upgraded shops so I could get better items like Hyper/Max Potion.
We both did, but I used an attack to try and kill him since his heath was already low from my other attempts to finish him. Gardevoir's Instinct ability just happened to activate just then, so I missed, the camera moved, and got us both. You can imagine how frustrated I was because he would have been dead after that one attack.
I was able to kill off most of his party before he got around to killing mine, but when I only had Krookodile left, he would run away to the other side of the battlefield to keep some distance from me. I almost got him one time, but one of the camera/claw thing moved him and me away from each other. Then time ran out before I could get back to him.
Funny you should mention that, I actually wanted to start looking into the TCG, at least to be able to play it casually. I know the game mechanics, I just need to brush up on which decks work and which don't anymore.
Actually, he had Gardevoir, which is probably worse. It can strike anything within a four-square diamond-shaped pattern using Psychic. I had a strong Krookodile on-hand just for it, but I can never seem to get close enough to kill it.
That helps a lot. Thanks. I got most of the map conquered now. It's just Kenshin's army is holed up in Valora, which actually gave me an slight tactical advantage because I could bait guys into coming to me and then cut off their escape so I could attack them one at a time (which worked so long as Kenshin didn't get within striking distance...at that point, he pretty much started killing my guys one by one)
DNA, I'm not quite sure what it is, but I haven't had this much fun playing a Fire Emblem game ever. It's got amazing dialogue, the characters are very deep and the soundtrack is amazing too. It's hard to come up with something bad about this game.
Well... I'm scampy, pleased to meet you! My friends call me Super Tofu Boy though. You can call me Pedro. Nice to meet you, Metagross!
Eh, sorry to bug you about Conquest again, but I've found myself stuck against an enemy army that's suddenly become overly powerful without my noticing. I was making excellent progress in Yoshihiro's story "The Final Gamble" when I conquered everything up to Avia and Viperia, and decided to take some time out to develop my kingdoms so that I had better training areas for my army. In the time I was doing that, Kenshin and Nobunaga ignored my army to fight amongst themselves instead (with Kenshin's army beating Nobunaga in the end) When I finally went to fight Kenshin, I found out that his army had a strength rating of 2200, while my strongest guys had a strength rating of 1770. I was wondering if there was any way to avoid letting rival kingdoms get that strong while I'm trying to build up my own strength without needing to rush through the game and wipe them out while they're still managable?
Haha, perfect. I named him Logan, aka Wolverine from X-men. You know, Hugh Jackman. :V
oh wait switch Hugh with wally, I screwed that up

It's a tough decision, all rage-unleashing jokes aside.
