Most people use the "Who's Online" feature, but I would rather just check their profiles to keep tabs on people. It's also my way of moderating profile convos.

You did beat me to the punch with some of the Pokemon you listed, but Hail teams are so varied due to the plethora of things you can run on them, so I don't think the list is limited to a few Pokes. Even though they're not the best, Hail teams are still some of my favorites.
