Definitely one of the better ones of the group. Very well done. Nice color, outlines aren't overlapping/shadowed. The captions and notes are awesome. NOW ONTO THE CRITICISM (not much).

1. The head with the teeth/spike things. With the main yellow ones, it looks like you stopped coloring where the skin and teeth meet. Is this intentional? If not I don't care, it was just one of those little details I noticed
2. Those dotted lines confuse me. Are they the "concealed appendage"? They appear to get in the way of your outlines and the color of your Pokemon's body parts.
3. "If worst comes to worst, the Hydrowyrm has been known to actually mix fire and water together and breath it upon its opponents. No one can confirm whether this wyrm is capable of such a feat. The move is known as Hydroflare." You contradicted yourself in the second sentence. From "it has been known" to "no one can confirm" back to "the move is known".
4. (not really a criticism) I would have preferred you scanned the paper so I could see this thing even better ^__^

Like I said, definitely one of the better drawings. The fact that you did it on paper shows that you put a lot of time and effort into it. Excellent job.

Hydro Cannon, Unless I am blind, there is no entry named Hydrowyrm. Are you sure you posted it to PokeBeach's wall?
