Lucky Fire, um...you could just say "lava dragon" if it's that big of a deal. "Volcano dragon" isn't that big of a deal either - dragons are frequently assigned to elements, and just because someone else did it first doesn't mean you can't do it as well.

Lucky Fire, then it would just be a volcano dragon.

Moist implies that it would be (at least) partially saturated with water, but due to the heat of a volcano's crater, all moisture would evaporate as steam.

Therefore...just volcano.
