    SotH, that's what I try to do. It's how I managed to live through 2 semesters of organic chemistry. (That, and I had a nice instructor.)

    In the end it's going to be a lot more memorization though, but I'll tough it out.

    SotH, I still have to take one more year of bio for my preferred major, so that oughta be "fun" :p

    SotH, I was confident going in! ...just not so much coming out. It's like some of the questions that were there weren't even studied in the course...or that they were, and it's really difficult compressing 20+ chapters of material into one's brain and retaining it all.

    it was pretty awful; i'm grateful you don't have to deal with stuff like my finals

    SotH, I think my brain was assaulted...literally assaulted.
    Half the questions on the final were relatively easy; half were just hellish. I'm glad it's over.
    Fortunately, the instructor says he curves the exam very liberally, so I'll see how that works out. Given my current pace in the class, I am most likely going to get a B.

    SotH, well, in art class, the point is to get an A. You'll have time to cut loose later when you actually have some spare time (like now, when classes are over). Don't beat up yourself about it; you'll be able to go at your own pace when class is over.
