QWERTY DITTO, certain natures raise other stats while lowering others. Hardy and Docile natures are special natures that do not raise any stats, but they don't lower any. Jolly nature on the other hand would raise Garchomp's speed stat while lowering its Special Attack. So a Jolly nature would be the one you want.
