I've never tried dual status rotom, because I find it tough to fit with the moveslots.
Volt Switch / Hydro Pump is already pretty much mandatory. I guess if you're okay with dropping Pain Split it could work?
I've never ran T-Wave on any of my Rotoms that I can recall...

It's not like that. If we had talked about both discussions while still keeping with the original, I would have said nothing. Instead the entire topic of suspecting Keldeo and Tornadus-T was dropped, thus I had to step in and readdress the main topic. Talk of what King Arceus did can still be done, however the main topic can not be ignored. -
