    The value of a dollar is always decreasing. Thus, does it make sense to work at a job for money? Raising the minimum wage still keeps people in the rat race tho.
    And I've commented earlier that taxing the rich doesn't help either. Taxing big corporations might entice them to move out of the country!

    Indeed, limit phone usage.
    My proposal solution is for people to be financially independent and have control over their own income. Understand that different types of income are taxed differently.
    And teach kids that social media is not reality!!

    Honestly, I do not know enough about economy beyond the basics. The core problem in the US federal government is their reckless spending, and it was more obvious during the Biden Administration. Increasing the taxes towards the rich does not resolve that issue. The problem is we spent tons of money on foreigners. To me, that is criminal.

    I am finally below 280 (278.3 lbs.) after battling a knee injury since November 2024. People, do not make the same mistake I did. Years of sedentary lifestyle induces muscle wasting, so do not start strenuous exercise right away. For every hour your are sitting down, do a "snack exercise". That is get up and stretch for about 5 minutes for every hour of sitting.

    Jokes aside, I've never had any serious injuries so far. Keep making progress on your weight loss and exercise!! Consistency and having the right supporting people are the key!

    What happens was that I reached the 420 comments limit and I had to modify the comment. Snack exercise means "snacking" on physical movement and not consuming food/beverage. Sorry for the confusion.

    Regarding my knee health, yes and no. I was diagnosed with psoriatic osteoarthritis, my knee is bone on bone. I feel like an old man, but still I am moving. It is still swollen, but over time it will get much better. I am consuming one lemon per day to avoid calcification on the joints.

    I hate short clips. Those little clips on youtube, laziness is at an all time high. Why are we having difficulties comprehending and feeling easily anxious? Aside from lack of essential nutrients, insulin resistance is a huge factor.

    This seems to be more common in children. But for me, it depends on the content. Sometimes I like short videos for quick laughter or cute videos. Other times I watch documentaries or movies on YouTube.

    But yeah, eating junk food doesn't help. Try going to gym or yoga or fitness classes and see what people consume there.

    Thank you, I encourage people to think broadly and strategically. Life is not about being comfortable, you have to give it a try and keep pushing yourself. I torment myself over and over again regarding obesity, and the things I want.

    Ever wonder why you feel ridiculously awful and easily fatigued after consuming junk food? That's been me for the majority of my life. Its no secret why people who consume junk food everyday lives a sedentary lifestyle, it is because junk food literally makes you tired!

    Have a look at this article. Since 2011, I notice when I consume chicken I get angry followed by mood swing. Aside that they are contaminated with arsenic, conventional chicken has a ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 to about 30:1! Pro-inflammatory food!

    I read that he condemned another user and it went back and forth. You can't let the silliest things get the worst of you. That's what happened to Ambassador, whom got into huge fight for opposing little hobby store, and then urged another user to send pm to start a conflict.

    Come to think of it, there are many other users who are also gone for various reasons. Just as in life, people come and go but the world will remain.
