what about something on the lines of "Place/put 3 damage counters on target pokemon" is that counted as effect or damage.

Im fine with rules and there own choices to mod there forum. But everyone does have a right to question why they would mod the way they do. the one thing that i think no mod should say is this. Now using it as HOLY CR-AP is not very acceptable in a title is it? Does it really need to be used...

I may have wart's and need a support group but you dont have to be so mean ;) As for "trolling" i only do that in rulings sectons.

One thing i am amazed at it volkner's. its a common or uncommon. i opened about 5 today all of them ALL OF THEM were gone in seconds. i know it's a good card (i have 4 foil) but still. i couple guys were like well what do you want for em? i don't see a point in trading for something unless...
