I believe it is as this is a deck designed for the next rotation where those cards will have presumably rotated out

RE: Virizion / Genesect / Roserade The 3 Skyla can be replaced with Korrina when the rotation comes around, it can't get you a supporter or stadium but it will be the next best thing to Skyla as it can still get your G-Booster Enhanced hammer maybe won't rotate out as it was printed as a promo...
