Can Cobalion EX go through the effects of Klinklang and say attack your opponents active Registeel? I ask because I know abilitys don't matter when it comes to Cobalion EX but since Klinklang's ability is not Registeel's can Cobalions attack be blocked?

I see your point but so far every game I have had 2 garchomp and 3 altaria turn turn and Ive played 5 times so far. And I am probally cutting tool scrapper and pluspower entirely they are just filler ATM.

add a spiritomb so that if ur oponent has like 1 card left in hand you can make them take like 5 more out of deck, and flower shop lady is essential until after the next rotation due to chandilure lock decks. without it you wont be able to revive you fainted durants

add mismagius the one that moves psychic energy. that way you can start attatching turn one even if you have have no mewtwo or gothita. and if either of your attackers is going to die you simple move the energy 1 by one.

cobalion isnt needed use tornados and switch terrakion with landorous works better

Cobalion is needed for sudden death in top cut (durant cant do damage worth crap) and mime jr is good for stalling until you get stuff to revive ants ive gotten top cut at both cities ive entered. my list is on here somewhere.

But juniper could mean discarding a revive or something to bring ants back. when you use pont it just puts it back in your deck. so what do you think?
