Considering it is after all worlds, nobody would take the risk of playing other new decks. It's a once-a-year thing so everyone will play what's best, maybe GG or empoleon.

The starter of the deck that got 1st at my country's nats. The main thing about it is free retraet and that's about it. But also a free prize card to activate scramble. Doesn't beat absol as a starter though.

Mismagius and manetric was used before. Mismagius was anti-blissey while manetric works if used properly. But I have to say the most underused card is chatot MD. The winner of nats from where I'm from used that as his starter. With free retreat and bait to activate scramble it worked quite well.

Dice are compact and works like a multi-purpose swiss blade. All in one, damage counters, as a coin for flipping and even to throw at someone who cheated against you at a major tournament. But the main reason is to stop the cheating. My friend knows how to cheat with a coin and rolling dice...

Can I evolve cradilly once I play wally's training or evolutionizer? Can I play wally's training or evolutionizer on root fossil then evolve into cradilly afterwards? Can root fossil even be wally'ed or be evolved using the new TM evolutionizer?

Oh yeah, that'll fix the problem. But the ascension in shuppet is built-in. No need to waaste 4 valuable deck spaces for it.

A skilled player could well handle banette without shuppet CG. True T2 banette will fade off a bit but the other banette variations will still be used. The main problem for banette is just the rotation of DRE. The main problem most decks are facing now.
