There's a 5o/5o chance. You need to take in that probability when playing a card, and think it through. For example, I'd only play a coin-flip card if I desperately needed it, or if I didn't have anything to lose. Same with attacks. If I have the choice to do 6o dmg with one coinflip...

It's a Stadium card. "Whenever any player plays any Pokemon from his or her hand to Level-Up 1 of his or her Pokemon, remove 4 damage counters from that Pokemon" Does this mean evolving a Pikachu lv.22 to a Raichu lv. 45? Or a Absol G to Absol G lv.X?
