Well, for my Houndoom variant, I was thinking of maybe using the Phantom Forces Pyroar to drag in possibly Shaymins or anything else with low HP to KO it and use Grand Flame to recycle the energy to continuously use it's ability. Anyone see this as somewhat viable in the format?

Thanks for the tips, I have to try them out and see if it makes a difference, for the better. I do see the concept of increasing the chances by milling the deck, and I like it. Sadly, I don't have Shaymin so that's out of the question but I could get Octillery.

It's quite a mess in the Pokemon IMO, I recommend you focus on either Tyranitar or Mewtwo then have Honchkrow as second a attacker. For Trainers, I'd recommended getting rid off Healing Scarf, and add either another Muscle Band or Tyranitar/Mewtwo Spirit Link.
