Gardevoir is easier to tech in w/ psy energies. Yes it is weak to psy but your Pokemon do not have to be on the bench for it to work. With Darmaxitan you have to have DCE and Fliptini!

I think 4 juniper is not such a good idea. You are already discarding with empoleon so maybe -2 and add some other disruption cards. With two random receivers you will be able to get what you need. Also Empoleon acts as a mini supporter, if you have one-two out you can draw an additional 4...

I agree Garbodor's Dust Toxin is going to be game changing! The only problem I see with this deck is it would take to long to setup. Taking turn by turn to attach energy would be risky. Turn 2 Garbodor/tool + Slaking + two DCE is going to be hard to setup. All though you would be shutting down...
