Editing a Pokemon whether it be by IVs or EVs will instantly get you caught. I'm sure of that. The only way to hack good IVs in without getting caught is hacking a perfect parent and breeding a "legit" pokemon from that. A way to put easy EV's into a pokemon is wings like already stated, however...

Cloning is also one of those "legal yet frowned upon hacks" and an easy way to EV train is just to train with the Wings from 999 items hack which are both legal.

The thing is we still have Cities, States, Spring Battle Roads, another Reigonals, Nationals, and Worlds, we're only through with maybe 20% of the season. If you want to wait through all those tournaments, be my guest but I wouldn't worry about plume being rotated any time soon.

Mewtwo EX is a meh card in our format IMO. MewBox does what you're trying to do a lot better, more consisently, and has good matchups against more decks. I'd really just give it up.
