Is the 1 defender working OK for you? Of not I would remove that and 1 zekrom for 2 kyurem since that would help with the donphan matchup and mirror.

I wouldn't change much for this deck since it looks solid enough. The only problem I see is that your opponent can catcher up a benched pokemon, forcing you to retreat. Before I make any changes, have you found yourself needing to retreat against an opponent with catcher?

How do you win with this deck? I'm not saying it's bad, I just can't understand it. Is your main strategy attacking with crobat or with gengar?

I'm not sure what to remove, but I would start with the leafeon as you could just poison/confuse umbreon with roserade and snipe the bench with yanmega as usual. so: -1-1 leafeon I would add in at least 1 cleffa for bad starts and 1 tyrogue to counter your opponents' babies.
