The only thing I would say is -1 rocky helmet because 3 in trainer lock is probably too many and add beach (only suggesting beach cause your sig says you went to worlds) or maybe an extra draw supporter or energy if you traded you beach or whatever. Really nice list though.

I don't understand the need for Shaymin. DCL only requires a single psychic energy to use Moon's Invite. I'd maybe want to add another totodile as it is catcher bait and another Jirachi incase one is prized. I'd drop the Shaymin and an eviolite. 2 w/ 4 Junk Arms is almost always plenty.

You lack sample size. Looking at tournament results accounts for lists and play styles. While you can test with multiple lists you can't mimic play style or test under tournament pressure. Also, good players probably won't be passing up BRs with championship points at stake. Or if they are they...
