My mightyena deck is around $30 It only has 2 rares in it: 2 Nidoqueen RR 3 Roseans 3 Bebes bunch of other crap. But its beaten a lot of top tier decks

Possibly, one Shoddy tourney, as well as a wifi tourney to support both preferences. I would realy just like a kick start in Wifi Battles again.
