In the actual metagame the only deck that wasn't played in Japan is Garbodor.

RE: Shaymin EX, and the future BDIF HorseBlast For Sigilyph you can run regular Keldeo(or you can even use Blastoise), Shaymin is OHKOed back since probably in every game you'll setup at least 2 Keldeos EX and in the deck there is also Mewtwo so Shaymin won't be a big problem to deal.
