If you really want a deck that is going to win a lot and get you packs at tournaments build SP. You probably don't want to hear it but that's what will win.

Noctowl is still not worth it. I would recommend 3-4 Sableye SF as a starter if you are worried about donks.

This deck needs Chatot MD, Life Herb/ Moo Moo Milk/ Pokehealer +, and no Skarmory UD.
