I think it could be good if Raticate had more HP. 110 for essentially a Stage 2 is pathetic. We have Aspertia City Gym in Expanded but that's about it

If you don't fancy Latios try Buzzwole-GX. It has much higher HP and will attack for 1 Rainbow. Other than that, you have a great list and good luck at your tourney!

I personally prefer the Black Sludge moveset you have going for Naganadel. I personally think its an awesome Pokémon (not my favourite new UB though) and I agree with you about its potential. I think it also has a decent home in VGC18. But anyway, best partner for this Pokémon is hands down...
