EDIT: No. Sorry. A approval system for shops would suck. My first shop would of never been approved because I didn't even know what a recolor was and my examples were bad, but I learned through my mistakes and eventually met up with B-Ray who helped me learn more about art. The Elite is...

I agree with NN and BJ. A reputation system would give members another chance to threaten new and old artists with "What if this was ebay?" stuff they were saying in Darkrai1246's shop and past shops. It will greatly discourage new artists that they received a negative because they were late...

... Fire, aura(physically), and lightning is plasma. Plasma is highly dangerous. You can't hold it, and I doubt any other creature could-unless that creature is a pokémon. Probably the only pokémon we could create is.....normal types. Which are already here. Horses, reptiles...
