Pokemon Catcher would get the cleffa out of the active and let you 1st turn ko whatever you want that your opponent has out... unless this is a Nat's deck (which would be the only HGSS-On tournament). That is, of course, unless Red Collection doesnt come out till later in August than Worlds.

If you don't want to get pokemon catcher'd run Ferrothorn/Gothitelle... problem solved. Besides, then you can still abuse Catcher and such. I.E. think of a way you can easily make it worthless (if there is a way than there is no reason a card should be banned) and if you can't come up with one...

-Personally, I see 12 psychic being too much energy because realistically you should only have to use around 6 per game. (I only run 8-9 Psychic and 2 Rescue in my list) -Also, I would suggest using PONT and/or Juniper over Cheerleader's Cheer because sure 3 cards is nice, but getting 3 cards...
