I never like to put only one of an important Pokemon (meaning Reshiram or possibly even Tyrogue)... That's not saying it's a bad idea, but I don't like to run the risk of an important card being prized or getting KO'd. Funny how I don't like to take risks, but I'm trying to build a ZPS deck. :P
