No, the least it will be is Tier 2, but yes, it isn't a good deck, and just like Tetrakion, it was good to start, but now everyone knows how to get around it, so it loses all it's hype.

When this card was first announced, I had a fun Idea with him an Shedinja with Exp. Share. Use Shedinja's abiliy to snipe for 3 damage counters, then use Devolution Punch to KO the Stage 1's an 2's. I'm still pondering with that deck idea though.

I like "The Dark-Region" better.:D But yes, T.D.R is easily Tier1-1.5 on a bad day. Even with a horrible setup, it can be easily recovered and turn the tides of the battle. Sableye is the best thing you can start with in this deck, you can dump all your good trainers with Ultra Ball or Juniper...

I hate lists like these where you can't really change anything because it's a good list...This is probably the best Eels list for the next format. You have everything you need to counter other meta decks like Garchomp and Hydregion, great list.:D

Zekrom, Zekrom EX, Raikou EX and Mewtwo EX should be the attacker lines of Eels if it wants to keep being BDIF.
